Job Responsibilities

The Production Coordinator will serve as an integral member of the Production team with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:

 

  • Ensure timely and accurate gathering and submission of state and regulatory-mandated data
  • Gather and quality check emissions-related data for accuracy
  • Enhance data acquisition methods for both internal and external reporting
  • Ensure regulated data needs are submitted on time
  • Assist in organizing data streams and developing tools for better analysis and review
  • Aid in the forecasting/accrual process and reconcile differences
  • Utilize field-based accounting practices/software effectively
  • Work closely with other departments to meet shared data use requirements and ensure timely decisions and knowledge transfer
  • Coordinate with field staff to accurately track field assets and usage
  • Ensure all production operations and data acquisitions meet quality standards and comply with company policies
  • Comply with Seneca’s EHSQ policies, standards and procedures and demonstrate active and regular involvement in EHSQ programs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or project management is preferred
  • Accounting experience or knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in oil and gas or other manufacturing industries (e.g., construction, machining, processing plant, chemical plant) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with high levels of communication and coordination
  • Comfortable using computers and new software programs
  • Experience with Wellview/Siteview or other field cost-tracking software is a plus
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Power BI)

 

The successful candidate must be authorized to work in United States of America.
