Job Responsibilities

The Water Management Facilities Supervisor will serve as an integral member of the HFS team with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:

 

  • Oversee the management of several residual wastewater treatment, recycling, and storage facilities, to include:
    • Management of contract operators, consultants, and employees
    • Develop standard operating procedures, best management practices, and preventive maintenance plans
    • Oversight of operation and maintenance needs of the facilities
    • Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal agencies
    • Coordination of cost-tracking and regulatory reporting needs
    • Develop and work within budgets and look for opportunities to lower operational expenses
  • Coordinate with Highland’s logistics and frac/production fluid support teams to best use facility resources
  • Work closely with Highland’s management team to implement company strategies  
  • Interact and grow third party operators customer service opportunities and revenue
  • Represent the Company in public settings
  • Learns, promotes and supports Highland’s EHSQ policies, standards and procedures in order to achieve environmental, health and safety excellence and ensuring that staff are taking a proactive leadership role in managing EHSQ for assigned areas of responsibility

Job Qualifications

  • Possess a High School diploma; Bachelor of Science degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in a management/oversight position for the oil and gas industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of PADEP oil, gas and waste regulations is required
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment is critical
  • Basic Microsoft proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) is required

  

The successful candidate must be authorized to work in United States of America with a valid driver’s license with no restrictions to operate a company vehicle.
