Job Responsibilities

The Water Management Coordinator will serve as an integral member of the team with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:

 

  • Assist in the preparation of documents for regulatory reporting including coordinating with other departments to obtain details on each entry, preparing and reviewing Excel summaries, and coordinating the submittals
  • Assist with contract review and maintenance, implementation and monitoring to assure compliance with legal agreements for various jobs and projects
  • Review and interpret various types of intricate data associated with oil and gas activities and clearly communicate the findings to the team
  • Assist in project management by receiving, reviewing and managing invoices from both customers and vendors to assure the data to assure the records are accurate and processed appropriately
  • Comply with Highland’s EHSQ policies, standards and procedures and demonstrate active and regular involvement in EHSQ programs.

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree preferred but not required
  • Accounting experience preferred
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel required
