    Job Responsibilities

    The Foreman, Production will serve as an integral member of the Production team with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following: 

    • Lead EHS performance in the field and ensure adherence to Seneca's EHS standards
    • Oversee contract well tenders on a daily basis
    • Monitor well production and pipeline/facilities system operations
    • Proactively identify surface equipment and downhole problems
    • Collaborate with Production Engineers and other Seneca team members in identifying problems in both surface and downhole operations, formulating and implementing corrective actions as needed
    • Coordinate the flow of third party gas on SRC pipelines with other producers as determined by Production Team
    • Maintain and enhance production rates through aggressive and proactive daily monitoring / well surveillance
    • Work with Production team to identify and document best practices for the production of horizontal wells
    • Respond quickly to the needs of contract field personnel to maximize well production and minimize downtime
    • Monitor downstream third party pipeline and compression operations, getting involved as needed to assure optimal production
    • Comply with Seneca’s EHSQ policies, standards and procedures while taking a proactive role in managing environmental, health, and safety for assigned areas of responsibility

    Job Qualifications

    • This position requires a High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 2 (two) years of related industry experience.
    • Candidates with knowledge of the typical downhole configuration of conventional/ unconventional vertical gas wells are preferred.
    • Detailed knowledge of the design, construction, function and operation of all of the surface equipment components on a typical horizontal well pad is a plus.
    • The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and be willing to work in a team environment.

    The successful candidate must be authorized to work in United States of America with a valid driver’s license with no restrictions to operate a company vehicle.
