    Job Responsibilities

    The Foreman, Measurement will serve as an integral member of the team with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:


    • Oversee contractors to ensure proper installation, configuration, calibration, programming and commissioning of automation, measurement and communication systems related to: new well pad production facilities, radio towers and infrastructure, antennas and networking equipment, measurement devices and instrumentation, solar and thermal electric generator power systems, safety and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) systems, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Remote Terminal Units (RTUs)
    • Supervise and witness contractors to ensure proper installation, configuration, calibration, inspection, repair, programming and commissioning of natural gas and liquid measurement systems related new well pad production facilities, gathering systems, compressor stations, water storage and treatment facilities, fuel skids, etc.
    • Utilize asset management application to schedule, generate work orders and process paperwork associated with new meter installations, meter calibrations and inspections, natural gas samples and equipment repairs
    • Maintain calibration, inspection and repair schedules in asset management application for meters, relief valves, pipelines and other oil & gas related equipment that have associated maintenance schedules
    • Work with Automation & SCADA developers and Automation Foremen to assist with the deployment and commissioning of newly developed, modified and/or upgraded measurement systems
    • Work with Sr. Foreman of Measurement and Manager, East Automation and Measurement on special projects related to evaluation of new measurement technology
    • Create and maintain documentation for measurement related systems
    • Comply with Seneca’s EHSQ policies, standards and procedures while taking a proactive role in managing environmental, health, and safety for assigned areas of responsibility

    Job Qualifications

    • This position requires a High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of; one (1) year of meter installation, maintenance, calibration experience, measurement related industry or oil & gas industry or an associate’s degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, accounting or any oil & gas related discipline.
    • Candidates with knowledge and experience of ABB TotalFlow software (PCCU, WinCCU, TDS32 OPC, WinCPC), AGA3 certifications are preferred.

    The successful candidate must be authorized to work in United States of America with a valid driver’s license with no restrictions to operate a company vehicle.
