Job Responsibilities

The Coordinator, Water will serve as an integral member of the Highland Field Services team with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:

 

  • Work closely with the Supervisor, Water Treatment Plant to ensure all necessary spreadsheets and invoices are completed in a timely manner
  • Review and compile daily truck manifest information for the purposes of tracking source and volume of produced fluid and other residual waste deliveries
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for daily tracking of trucking manifests for regulatory purposes (volume and origin of residual waste)
  • Provide volume and client data to Seneca Resources Accounts Payable monthly, as well as to other Seneca Resources stakeholders for regulatory reporting
  • Maintain and provide  waste volume, pricing and cost data to Seneca Resources and clients on a daily and/or monthly basis
  • Review invoices and interact with clients for billing and regulatory purposes

Job Qualifications

 

  • This position requires a High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of five (5) years of experience with some combination of the following job experiences: 1) shipping/trucking logistics; 2) accounting/bookkeeping and 3) regular interaction with state agencies.
  • The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with other employees, contractors, and clients.
  • The successful candidate must be able to collaborate in a diverse setting and willing to work in a team environment.
  • A strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications is required. 

The successful candidate must be authorized to work in United States of America.
